Nominate
Process
If you know a first responder, medical professional or military member deserving of a free vacation, you can nominate them by filling out our online application form. Stage one starts when we receive your application. It will be reviewed and given consideration by all members of our team. If your application moves onto stage two, you (the nominator) will be contacted for an interview to discuss the application. Stage three is acceptance and reward and will be determined following the review of stages one and two, available funds, and any other applicable factors at that time. Stage four will be a presentation of the gift to the successful recipient.
Eligibility
Individuals being nominated for a vacation from All Units Abroad must meet the following criteria:

Employed as one of the following:
*First Responder (primary/advanced care paramedic, RCMP/police/peace/corrections officer, firefighter, 911 dispatcher)
*Medical Professional (nurse, physician, ER staff, etc.)
*Military Member (regular force, reserve)​

Active duty/volunteer/retired/veteran

Canadian citizen

Hold or be able to obtain a valid Canadian passport

Minimum 2 years of service (casual, part, or full-time)

Nominated by someone other than themselves *Self-nomination is not accepted*
